What to Do If You Can't Log In
Work through common login fixes, password reset, Google login, and support options.
If you cannot access your account, start with the simplest fixes first.

Try These First
- Refresh the page
Reload the login page, then try again. This clears many temporary browser issues.
- Check your email and password
Make sure the email is spelled correctly and that your password manager filled the correct password.
- Try Google login
If your Bluprint account uses the same email as your Google account, choose Continue with Google.
- Reset your password
If email/password login still fails, follow How to Reset Your Password.
- Contact support
If none of the above works, email help@bluprintuniversity.com. Include the email address you are trying to use and any error message you see.
Common Reasons Login Fails
- The password is for an older account or a different email address.
- The account was created with Google login instead of a password.
- The browser is holding onto an expired session.
- The password reset email went to spam, promotions, or another inbox.
- You are looking for Bluprint University or Bluprint Mini instead of Bluprint Creative.
What to Send Support
Include:
- The email address you tried.
- Whether you used Google login or email/password login.
- A screenshot of the error message, if one appears.
- Whether you are trying to access Bluprint Creative, Bluprint University, or Bluprint Mini.
