What to Do If You Can't Log In
Work through common login fixes for login codes, magic links, Google, Apple and Microsoft sign-in, and support options.
If you cannot access your account, start with the simplest fixes first. Bluprint has no passwords, so most login problems come down to the emailed code.

Try These First
- Refresh the page
Reload the login page, then try again. This clears many temporary browser issues.
- Check the email address
Make sure it is spelled correctly and is the address your account was created with. The code only goes to that inbox.
- Look in spam and promotions
The email is titled Your temporary Bluprint login code. It sometimes lands outside the main inbox.
- Request a fresh code
Codes expire after 10 minutes and only the newest one works. Choose Resend code on the form.
- Try Google, Apple, or Microsoft
If your Bluprint account uses the same email as your Google, Apple, or Microsoft account, use that tile instead.
- Contact support
If none of the above works, email help@bluprintuniversity.com. Include the email address you are trying to use and any error message you see.
Common Reasons Login Fails
- The code expired, or a newer one was sent and replaced it.
- The code was requested for a different email address than the one you are checking.
- Too many codes were requested in a short window, so sending is briefly paused.
- The browser is holding onto an expired session.
- You signed up with Apple using a private relay address and are now trying a different email.
- You are looking for Bluprint University or Bluprint Mini instead of Bluprint Creative.
What to Send Support
Include:
- The email address you tried.
- Whether you used Google, Apple, Microsoft, or an emailed login code.
- A screenshot of the error message, if one appears.
- Whether you are trying to access Bluprint Creative, Bluprint University, or Bluprint Mini.
