Navigating Your Account Settings
Find your account settings, update your profile details, and understand account deletion.
Account Settings is where you manage the personal details attached to your Bluprint account.
Open the user menu in the topbar, then choose Account Settings.
What's on This Page
The Settings page is split into four sections:
- Account for your profile photo, display name, first name, last name, email address, password reset, and creator survey.
- Subscription for your plan, billing cycle, seats, payment history, and billing portal.
- Notifications for notification preferences.
- Danger zone for account deletion and subscription cancellation.
Change Your Name
Use the Account section to update the names other people see in Bluprint.
- Open Account Settings
Open the user menu in the topbar, then choose Account Settings.
- Edit your profile fields
Update Display name, First name, or Last name.
- Save your changes
Use the save bar that appears after you change a field.
Your display name appears around Bluprint in places like comments, mentions, activity, and team member lists. Your first and last name are kept as account identity details.
Change Your Email Address
Email addresses are not editable directly from the Settings page. This protects account access and billing identity.
To change your email address, contact support at help@bluprintuniversity.com.
Delete Your Account
Account deletion lives in Danger zone.
Deleting your account removes your ability to access Bluprint with that account. If you own a Team, the deletion flow can also affect the Team and data tied to it, so read the confirmation carefully before continuing.
