Idea Templates

Idea templates are reusable Idea structures. Use them when a recurring video format needs the same starting fields, custom field values, categories, or production setup.

Apply a Template

Open the Idea Window context menu and choose Apply template. Templates are scoped to the current Channel, so you only see templates created for that Channel.

Expand

Applying a template updates the existing Idea with the template's reusable structure.

Create a Template from an Idea

Use Make template in the same context menu when an existing Idea already has the structure you want to repeat.

Create from the Topbar

The topbar Create menu lets you create a normal blank Idea, create an Idea from a template, or create a blank template directly.
