Navigating Your Bluprint
Use the sidebar to find Channels and pages, and page tabs to keep several open at once.
Getting around a Bluprint uses two things, and they answer different questions.
The sidebar on the left is the map: everything that exists in this Bluprint, and where to find it. Page tabs across the top are your desk: the handful of pages you're actually working on right now.
The sidebar
The sidebar has two groups. Bluprint holds the pages that belong to the whole Bluprint — the Dashboard, Master Calendar, Assets, and Automations. Channels lists every Channel you have.
Click a Channel to open it. Its pages — Ideas, Content Calendar, Scripts, Thumbnails, and Video Reviews — slide out underneath, and you pick the one you want.
One Channel stays open at a time. Opening a second one closes the first, which keeps the list short enough to scan even with a dozen Channels. The Channel you're currently working in stays marked whether or not it's open, so you never lose your place while peeking somewhere else.
Organizing the list
- Reorder Channels
Drag a Channel up or down. The order is saved for everyone on your team, so put the Channel you use most at the top.
- Create a Channel
Use beside the Channels heading.
- Open Channel actions
Right-click a Channel, or hover it and use the menu, to rename it, hide it, duplicate it, manage its fields, or delete it.
- Find a Channel
Once you have more than a handful, a button appears beside the heading to filter the list by name.
Hiding a Channel only hides it for you. A hidden count appears beside the Channels heading when you have any, and you can bring them back from there.
Page tabs
Every page you open gets a tab along the top. Tabs are how you keep a script, a content calendar, and a thumbnail project open together instead of losing one each time you open another.
A tab from a Channel shows that Channel's icon before the page name, so two Scripts tabs from different Channels stay tellable apart. Hover a tab to see the full name.
They behave the way browser tabs do:
Right-click a tab for the rest: pin it, copy a link to it, close it, or close the other tabs around it.
Pinning protects a tab. A pinned tab keeps its title instead of a close button, never gets closed by "Close other tabs", and never gets taken over when you open something new — useful for the one page you always want to come back to.
Your tabs are remembered per Bluprint. Close the app, come back tomorrow, and the same set is waiting — and opening a different Bluprint doesn't disturb the tabs in this one.

- Move between tabs
⌥+⇧+← and ⌥+⇧+→
- Jump to a tab
⌥+1 through ⌥+8, or ⌥+9 for the last one
- Close the current tab⌥+W
Back and forward
The arrows at the top left retrace your steps, page by page.
They follow pages, not every small change — adjusting a filter or a sort won't cost you a press. They also come back to where you were even if that page now lives in a different tab.
Make it yours
Preferences has three settings for this, under Page tabs:
- Show page tabs — turn the strip off if you'd rather work one page at a time
- Restore tabs — reopen your last set on arrival, or start clean each visit
- Opening a page — reuse the current tab, or give every page its own
