The Assignments Page
Use the Assignments page as a high-level feed of work assigned across your Team.
The Assignments page is a high-level feed of work assigned across your active Team.
It is useful when you want to answer: "What is assigned to me right now?" or "What work is assigned across this Team?"
What the Page Shows
The feed can include assignments from multiple sources:
- Ideas.
- Calendar Events.
- Scripts.
- Checklist tasks.
- Thumbnail work.
- Team-member Custom fields.
Each row shows the assignment, source type, assignees, due date if available, and recent update timing.
Filters and Sorting
Use the top controls to narrow the feed:
- Search by assignment, source, status, or assignee.
- Filter to Me, All members, or a specific team member.
- Filter by source type.
- Sort by upcoming due date, furthest due date, recent update, oldest update, or title.
Not a Todo List
The Assignments page is intentionally a feed. It helps you find and open assigned work, but it does not resolve tasks by itself.
For example, checklist tasks are completed from the Idea they belong to, not from the Assignments page.
