Running Multiple Workspaces
Create a second workspace, understand what it costs, and keep separate clients or brands fully apart.
One account can own several workspaces. Each is a completely separate container — its own Bluprints, Channels, members, roles, storage, and its own subscription — and you switch between them without signing out.
When a second workspace is the right answer
Reach for one when the work should not see the other work at all:
- An agency with separate clients. Each client gets a workspace, and nobody on one client's team can see another's.
- Brands with different teams. A main channel and a podcast staffed by different editors.
- Work you may hand over. A workspace can be transferred to a new owner whole, and its billing goes with it.
Create one
- Open Settings → TeamsUnder the Account section. It lists every workspace you own or belong to.
- Choose New workspaceName it something you will recognize in the switcher — a client or brand name.
- Review what it costs
The modal quotes the price before anything is charged. A comped account sees no price at all.
- Complete checkout
Your new workspace appears once payment goes through. Abandoning checkout leaves nothing behind.

What a second workspace costs
Each workspace carries its own Creative+ subscription, billed separately, with its own payment method and its own invoices.
- No second trial. The 14-day trial is a first-workspace offer, so a new workspace starts billing right away.
- Schedules are independent. One workspace can be monthly and another yearly.
- Seats are per workspace. A teammate in two of your workspaces occupies — and costs — a seat in each.
Each workspace needs its own card entered once. If you use the same email, Stripe usually offers your saved card back as a one-tap confirmation at checkout rather than making you type it again.
Switch between them
The workspace switcher in the sidebar changes which workspace the whole app is showing. Bluprints, Channels, Ideas, and the calendar all follow it.
The settings window has a separate Team selector. It controls which workspace the Team settings pages apply to, without changing the workspace the rest of the app is using — handy for fixing a card on one workspace while working in another.
Keep them straight
- Name them for what they separate, not for what they contain. "Acme Corp" beats "Workspace 2".
- Nothing moves between workspaces. Ideas, Scripts, Assets, and Thumbnail projects live in the workspace they were made in. Decide the split before you build in it.
- Fields, roles, and views are per workspace too. A role you built in one has to be rebuilt in the next.
Can somebody else pay for a workspace I own?
Not directly — a workspace's invoices go to its owner. What you can do is grant someone Manage billing info so they maintain the card and the billing address on your behalf, or transfer ownership outright so the workspace becomes theirs to pay for. See Team General Settings.
