Inviting Team Members

Invite people into your Team, understand seat billing, and find incoming and outgoing invitations.

Invite team members when someone should collaborate inside your Bluprint workspace with their own account, assignments, comments, and permissions.

Send an Invite

  1. Open your Team

    Go to Your Workspaces, then open the Team you own.

  2. Click Invite Members

    Use Invite Members from the Team overview header.

  3. Add email addresses

    Enter each person's email address and add it to the invite list.

  4. Review the subscription summary

    Bluprint shows the current total and the new total after invited members accept.

  5. Send the invite

    The person receives an invitation and can accept it into their account.

Seat Billing

If you are on a monthly plan, each accepted team member adds $5/month.

If you are on a yearly plan, each accepted team member adds $50/year.

You are charged when an invited person accepts. Pending invitations do not add a paid seat until they are accepted.

Incoming Invitations

Incoming invitations show up in two places:

  • Notifications.
  • The Your Workspaces page.

Outgoing Invitations

Outgoing invitations appear on your Team overview page under Pending Invitations. Owners can copy the invite link, resend an invite, or revoke it.
