Workspace Links

Workspace Links give people without a Bluprint account view-only access to exactly the work you choose. They are useful for clients, sponsors, contractors, and reviewers who do not need a paid Team seat.

Manage every link

Open Settings → Workspace Links under the Team section. Each row shows its status, shared scope, recent access, view count, and creator. Larger lists can be filtered by search, status, or creator.

Expand

From a link's menu you can edit access, preview the guest experience, duplicate it, rotate its URL, disable or re-enable it, or delete it. Rotating keeps the rules and history but invalidates the old URL immediately.

Create a link

1. Choose New link

   Give the link a private name and optional description so your Team knows who or what it is for.

2. Add pages

   Choose whole Bluprints, Bluprint-level pages, Channels, or Channel pages. Whole-Bluprint and whole-Channel grants automatically include eligible work added later.

3. Choose the landing page
   Pick which shared page guests see first.
4. Add protection and limits

   Optionally set an expiration, maximum total views, passcode, download permission, and access notifications.

5. Create and copy
   Create the link, then copy its URL from the list and send it to the guest.

Share individual items

The settings editor intentionally lists bounded page-level choices. Add an individual Idea, Script, asset, thumbnail, or Video Review from that item's own Share action; it joins the same Workspace Link as another grant.

Understand guest access

Guests do not need a Bluprint account. Every Workspace Link is view-only, but Allow downloads can let guests download shared assets, thumbnails, and Video Reviews. Notify on access alerts the link creator when a new guest opens it.
