Workspace Links
Create view-only links for contractors and reviewers without adding a paid Team seat.
Workspace links give guests view-only access to a specific part of your workspace.
Use them for people who should inspect work but should not become Team members: one-off contractors, clients, brand partners, agencies, sponsors, or reviewers.
How Workspace Links Are Scoped
When you create a link, choose what guests can view:
- An entire Bluprint.
- One Channel.
- Specific pages such as Video Ideas, Scripts, or the Content Calendar.
Guests do not need a Bluprint account. Anyone with the link can view the shared content, so share carefully.
Configure a Link
Workspace links can include:
- A label, so you can recognize the link later.
- The Bluprint or Channel scope.
- The pages guests can see.
- An optional expiration.
- An optional concurrent viewer limit.
Revoke or Disable Links
On the Team overview page, the Shared Links section shows active, disabled, expired, or limit-reached links. You can copy a link, disable it, re-enable it, or delete it.
Use this instead of adding a Team member when someone only needs temporary view-only access.
