Team 4K Stream Credits
Understand the Team's 4K credit balance, charges, credit packs, and Video Reviews add-on requirement.
4K Stream Credits create a browser-friendly adaptive 4K stream from an eligible high-resolution source. The original file always remains available without credits.
Open Settings → Stream Credits under the Team section to see the shared balance and usage for the selected workspace.
When credits are charged
A source must be at least 1440 pixels high to be eligible. When you confirm 4K stream creation:
- One credit covers one minute of source video.
- Duration is billed in 10-second increments and rounded up to one decimal credit.
- Credits are charged once when the stream is created, not each time it is played.
- A failed stream creation refunds the reservation automatically.
One prepared stream can be reused in every Video Review that uses the file. Formats such as ProRes, DNxHR, and 10-bit HEVC benefit especially from browser-friendly processing.
Add credits
The Team must have the Video Reviews add-on before the owner can buy packs. The add-on includes 15 introductory credits.
Available one-time packs are:
- 30 credits for $12.
- 100 credits for $35.
- 300 credits for $90.
Credits belong to the Team. Only the workspace owner can purchase packs; other members can see the balance in supported Video Review screens.
