How to Report a Bug
Submit useful bug reports with screenshots, reproduction steps, and browser console context.
Use Report a Bug when something in Bluprint appears broken, confusing, or not working the way the app is supposed to work.
You can open it from the user menu in the topbar or from the bottom of the app sidebar.

What to Include
Good bug reports are specific. They help the team reproduce the issue quickly.
Include:
- What you expected to happen.
- What actually happened.
- The page or workflow where it happened.
- Steps to reproduce the issue.
- Screenshots or screen recordings when possible.
- Any browser console errors you see.
- Your browser and device if the issue seems device-specific.
Attach Screenshots
The bug reporter accepts up to five images. Each image must be smaller than 4.5 MB.
Use screenshots to show:
- The full page around the issue.
- Any error message.
- The record, modal, or menu that failed.
- The result after you tried the action again.
Check the Browser Console
If the issue looks technical, open your browser developer console and include any red errors in the report.
Common shortcuts:
- Chrome, Edge, or Firefox on Mac: ⌘+OPTION+J.
- Chrome, Edge, or Firefox on Windows/Linux: Ctrl+⇧+J.
- Safari: enable the Develop menu first, then open the JavaScript console.
You do not need to interpret the errors. Copying the text or attaching a screenshot is enough.
Send Feedback Instead
Use Give Feedback for ideas, suggestions, requests, or general comments. It is a simpler textbox and is not meant for reproducible bugs.

Use:
- Report a Bug when something is broken and the team needs details, screenshots, and reproduction steps.
- Give Feedback when you want to suggest an improvement or request something new.
