The Recycle Bin

Restore or permanently delete soft-deleted workspace records from a Bluprint's Recycle Bin.

The Recycle Bin stores deleted records before they are permanently removed. Use it when something was deleted from a Bluprint and you need to recover it or clear it out for good.

You can find it inside a Bluprint from the sidebar.

The Recycle Bin page with deleted Ideas, Calendar Events, and Scripts grouped by type.

What Appears Here

The Recycle Bin currently shows supported soft-deleted records for the active Bluprint:

  • Ideas.
  • Calendar Events.
  • Channels.
  • Scripts.

Each row shows the item name, item type, deletion date, and how long remains before automatic permanent deletion.

Restore an Item

Hover a row and click Restore. Bluprint sets the item back to active so it can appear in the normal workspace again.

Restoring is best when the deletion was accidental or when you need to recover content before deciding what to do with it.

Permanently Delete an Item

Hover a row and click Delete permanently. Bluprint asks for confirmation before removing the record for good.

Use permanent delete only when you are sure the item is no longer needed.

Clear the Recycle Bin

If the Bluprint has deleted items, Clear all permanently deletes everything currently listed.

This is intentionally destructive. Use it when you are cleaning up old data and do not need to recover anything.

Required Permissions

Team roles control Recycle Bin access:

  • recycleBin:view lets a team member view the Recycle Bin.
  • recycleBin:restore_permadelete lets a team member restore items, permanently delete one item, or clear all items.

If a button is disabled or the page is inaccessible, ask a Team owner to review your role.
