The Bluprint Dashboard
Your Bluprint's home base — an at-a-glance grid of modules for deadlines, assignments, metrics, and activity that you can rearrange into a Shared team view or your own Personal layout.
Every Bluprint opens on its Dashboard — the home base for that workspace. Instead of clicking into each Channel to check what's due, who's working on what, and how your ideas are moving along, the Dashboard pulls it all onto one screen.
Think of it like the front page of a newspaper for your Bluprint: the important stuff, summarized, with a way to jump straight to the details.

You reach it by opening any Bluprint from the Bluprints screen — it's the first page you land on.
Modules: the building blocks
The Dashboard is made of modules — self-contained blocks that each answer one question about your Bluprint. Every module pulls live data, so what you see is always current.

The modules you can place include:
- Hero Metrics — a banner of headline numbers (total Ideas, releasing this week, pinned, and more). Pick which numbers matter to you.
- Content Pipeline — a ribbon showing how your Ideas are spread across production stages, from Idea to Published.
- Upcoming Events — Calendar Events grouped by Today, Tomorrow, This Week, and Later.
- Thumbnails Due — open thumbnail projects with deadlines, sorted by how soon they're due.
- My Assignments — everything assigned to you across this Bluprint's Ideas, tasks, scripts, and events.
- Pinned Ideas — the Ideas you've pinned for quick access.
- Content Gaps — production loose ends, like an Idea scheduled to film with no Script linked, or a release with no thumbnail.
- Script Desk — your Scripts grouped by status (Draft, Needs review, Final, and so on).
- Saved Views — one-click launchers for your saved Idea Catalog and Calendar views.
- YouTube Pulse — public channel stats for any Channel you've connected to YouTube.
- Daily AI Summary — an AI-written brief of what needs your attention today.
Shared vs. Personal layouts
At the top of the Dashboard is a toolbar with two tabs: Shared and Personal.

- Shared is the team layout. Everyone on your team sees the same arrangement, so it's the place for a common source of truth. Editing it changes it for the whole team.
- Personal is yours alone. The first time you open it, Bluprint copies the current Shared layout as a starting point, and from there you can tailor it however you like without affecting anyone else.
Customizing your Dashboard
Both layouts are fully rearrangeable. Click the Customize button in the toolbar to enter edit mode — modules gain a dashed outline and editing controls.

- Enter customize mode
Click Customize in the top toolbar. A dashed outline appears around each module.
- Add a module
Click Add module and choose from the list of modules not already on your Dashboard. It drops in at the bottom, ready to position.

- Move a module
Hover a module and drag it by the handle () in its top-right corner. Other modules shuffle out of the way and the grid tidies itself up when you drop it.
- Resize a module
Drag any edge of a module, or open its options menu () and use Resize to make it wider, narrower, taller, or shorter.
- Swap or remove
From a module's options menu, choose Replace with to swap it for a different module, or Remove module to take it off the Dashboard.
- Finish up
Click Done to leave customize mode. Your changes save automatically as you go.
A couple of extras
- Hero Metrics has its own picker: open its settings to choose up to four headline numbers.
- Your changes are saved for you automatically — there's no separate "save" button.
When editing is locked
If you see a Read-only label in the toolbar and a lock on the customize controls, you don't have permission to edit the Shared layout for this team.
Next steps
The Dashboard is a launchpad — most modules link straight into the details:
- My Assignments mirrors the full The Assignments Page.
- Upcoming Events feeds from your calendars.
- Pinned Ideas collects the Ideas you've starred for quick access.
